PATCHBAY combines a read-only USDG snapshot on Robinhood Chain with a device-local operating plan. You choose service budgets, reserve, obligations and priority. The panel shows how much of the plan the observed balance can cover.

01 / Read the treasury

Paste a public address, or use your connected EVM wallet’s address. The app reads Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663, even if your wallet is currently viewing another network. No signature, approval or transfer is requested.

USDG is identified by its canonical contract: 0x5fc5360D0400a0Fd4f2af552ADD042D716F1d168. The app checks the chain ID and six token decimals. Balance and ETH gas balance are read at the same L2 block. The snapshot’s block and time appear in the app and export.

02 / Protect what is already spoken for

Available to plan = max(0, observed USDG − reserve − existing obligations). These are your planning inputs. PATCHBAY cannot discover unpaid invoices automatically or prove you control an address. Reserve labels do not lock funds in a contract.

03 / Give each output a cap

Set each service’s monthly budget in USDG. Amounts are your own estimates, not supplier quotes. A month is defined as 30 days. A 60-day plan needs twice each included monthly cap; a 90-day plan needs three times the cap.

Channels are covered from top to bottom. “↑ Priority” moves one earlier. Excluded channels consume no planning budget. If the balance is insufficient, later channels show partial or zero coverage. The plan never allocates more than the available snapshot.

04 / Read the runway

Estimated days = floor(available USDG × 30 ÷ total included monthly budget). This assumes constant costs and no future receipts. It excludes gas, foreign-exchange changes and unentered expenses. USDG is the unit throughout; the app does not promise a dollar conversion rate.

05 / Inspect a receipt

A transaction hash is checked on Robinhood Chain. PATCHBAY requires a successful mined receipt and canonical USDG Transfer logs involving the selected treasury. It displays sent, received or self-transferred amounts, the L2 block and confirmations at inspection.

Receipt inspection does not increase the observed balance. Incoming USDG is not automatically classified as token fees. A mined L2 receipt is not a guarantee of Ethereum finality. Refresh the treasury after activity.

Current integration boundary

The Robinhood Chain reads and calculations are connected. Service activation, hosting subscriptions, automated payments, fee routing, custody and contract-enforced limits are not implemented. Budgeting does not pay a provider or create a subscription.

The public RPC is rate limited. Read failures stay visible; missing data is never replaced with a fabricated balance. A managed RPC is needed for sustained production traffic, as described in the official network documentation.

Where your plan lives

Budget settings and the last selected address are saved in this browser. They are not synced between users or devices. Chain snapshots are freshly requested when reopening a saved address. Export the plan as JSON to retain its inputs, block reference, raw-unit calculations and inspected receipt.
